Step 1: Fill in all the required fields and the checkboxes on the Program/Scholarship Application (To avoid submit multiple copies, please get your transcript of last semester ready for uploading when you fill out the application form).

Step 2: Present the Recommendation Form to your teacher or the school counselor and request that he/she upload the completed form by November 10, 2021 as instructed. 

Step 3: Upon receiving notification of admission, you must confirm your participation by signing the Participation Contract.

After we receive your Participation Contract, we will register you for the program.
